Imagine sitting on a beautiful wrap around screened in porch, rocking back and forth as you take in the breathtaking scenery of the Berkshire mountains and Lake Garfield. The peace and solitude warms the soul! Feel free to enjoy some of your meals here or to just relax.

Living Room

The living room is cozy and does have a fireplace as well as a TV with Direct TV for those important matches like Wimbledon and the World Cup or just your favorite Baseball game.

Dining Room

Hosts a coffee bar with snacks and a place to serve food and eat.

Rental Accomodations

At Lakeside Terrace Bed and Breakfast, there are 7 rooms for rental. Five rooms have their own private bath and shower, and two rooms share a bath and shower.

Please note that all rooms are $165 for a one night reservation.

Room 1 Just imagine being in bed and being surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire Mountains and Lake Garfield. This is the magnificent view you will have in this room. It is spacious and has twin beds which can be moved together very easily as well as its on bathroom and shower. Room Rate: $155
Room 2 Waking up in Room 2 is a glorious experience. This is our brightest and coziest room with a lake view. It has twin beds that are right next to each other and a private bathroom with shower and beautiful views. Room Rate: $155
Room 3 Just imagine waking up to a view of the lake on one side of you and the magnificent view of the Berkshire forest on the other. Room 3 is a nice size room with twin beds that can easily be moved together and private bathroom with shower. Room Rate: $155
Room 5 A smaller room but equally as comfortable with twin beds private bathroom and shower. Room Rate: $155
Room 6 Imagine waking up in a lovely little room looking at the beautiful berkshire greenery. This enchanting room has a full bed and shares a bathroom with room 7 just across the hall. Room Rate: $150
Room 7 Imagine waking up surrounded by the beauty of the berkshire woods, flowers, and lake. This smaller but adequate room with twin beds that can easily be moved together, has a view of it all and shares a bathroom which is right across the hall with room 6. Room Rate: $150
Room 8 Imagine waking up in a big bright room, surrounded by water and trees. Walk out your door onto our porch and have breakfast and then take a dip in the beautiful lake. Room 8 is our largest room on the first floor. Has a beautiful view and just a short distance from the lake. It hosts a full size bed and a twin bed with private bathroom and shower. Room Rate: $155

Reservations
To book a reservation just call 413-528-3371 ( May 14th - October 21st) or 516-527-5371 (October 22nd - May13th ).

A one-night deposit is required within 7-10 days. When we receive your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation form. Reservations must be made by phone.

Mastercard and Visa now accepted along with checks, cash, or traveler’s checks.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled.

We must be notified at least 10 days in advance for the rest of your deposit to be refunded to you.
If it less than 10 days and you cancel your reservation you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Lakeside Terrace is a Bed and Breakfast in the Southern Berkshires. It is close to Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, and other Berkshire attractions. It is the perfiect place for visiting camp parents to stay.
