Wimbledon
and the World Cup or just your favorite Baseball game.

Accomodations
At
Lakeside Terrace Bed and Breakfast, there are 6 rooms for rental.
All rooms have their own private bath and shower.

Just imagine being in bed and being
surrounded by the beautiful Berkshire Mountains and Lake
Garfield. This is the magnificent view you will have in
this room.

is spacious and has twin beds which can be moved together
very easily as well as its on bathroom and shower.

2 is a glorious experience. This is our brightest and coziest
room with
a lake view.

has twin beds that are right next to each other
and a private bathroom with shower and beautiful views.

This enchanting
room has a full bed and shares a bathroom with room 7 just across
the hall.

Imagine waking up surrounded by the beauty of the berkshire woods, flowers, and lake. This smaller but adequate room with twin beds that can easily be moved together, has a view of it all and shares a bathroom which is right across the hall with room 6.

Imagine waking up in a big bright room, surrounded
by water and trees. Walk out your door onto our porch and
have breakfast and then take a dip in the beautiful lake.
Room 8
is our largest room on the first floor. Has a beautiful
view and just a short distance from the lake.
It hosts
a full size
bed and a twin bed with private bathroom and shower.

Policies
Reservations
To book a reservation just calls 516-527-5371 (July & August) 413-528-3371(Sept.-June).
A one-night deposit is required within 7-10 days. When we receive
your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation form. Reservations
must be made by phone.
Only checks, cash, or
traveler’s checks are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 cancellation fee for any reservation cancelled.
We
must be notified at least 10 days in advance for the rest of
your deposit to be refunded to you.
Things to Know
- Check in is from
3 pm
- Check out is 11 am
- We
are a non-smoking establishment however you may smoke outside
- There
are 2 refrigerators on the porch if you want to bring food
and drink with you
- We cannot accommodate
any animals because of our own lovable house cat.
- Please register
when you check in.
- Massage is available
on premise with prior notification
- Please use boat cushions
when using rowboat
- Use of the waterfront
is at your own risk
- Bring bathing suits
to swim
- Feel free to bring
your own Kayaks and fishing equipment
- A continental breakfast
is served daily between 8:30-9:30. It includes: Coffee, Teas,
and Juice, Baked Goods, Cereal,
Fruit and Hard-boiled eggs.
